The so-called “Social Norms” of racism is much of a mix bag of both hatred, strife that erodes the fabric of our society and creeped in those who hate or dislike the Black and Brown people, Native Americans and Jews or disable persons or Asians; these are the ones who are targeted and bullied by those who do not understand or just hate for the sake of hate. So far, the government is somewhat helping to enforce laws concerning racism but at times there is pushback.

As for the Social Institutions, there are some organizations in cities and communities can and has helped combat the evil wrongs that some face concerning racism. Groups locally are trying hard to engage to help combat this very critical problem. If the government does step up and do something, there are others who will take this issue among themselves.

If Beliefs and values supposed to tenets or have convictions that people hold to be true, then the belief to treat individuals like human beings and not demonstrating or practicing racist behavior for the sake of hate and properly treat others as they supposed to and what they are not.

What about the behavior that is expected from a particular status as social roles? It depends on the induvial or group of people that shows respect so the two parties can be responsible enough to respect one another as people.

Finally, racism embedded in social institutions; also referred to as institutional racism and structural racism which is called systemic racism that is, racial profiling in a public area, bullying because they do not look like them hurting or harming another person that does reflect compliance with what cultures and societies have defined as good, right, and important.
